IoTally is headquartered in Luxembourg and serves Europe, with a path to global rollouts. We are a third-party service provider: we do not sit inside one retailer’s or one vendor’s stack and ask the other side to trust it.
Mission
Purchase quantity variance persists because each handoff is counted by a different party, with a different tool, under time pressure. IoTally’s job is to make the count at outbound and the count at inbound the same event.
Why a third party
Vendors will not adopt a retailer’s private portal as the system of record, and retailers will not take a vendor’s ASN on faith. A shared, standards-aligned layer — GS1, and ready for EU Digital Product Passport and Sunrise 2027 — keeps both sides on their own ERPs.
Tagging programs for packaging and outer cartons. Fixed-reader deployments at vendor outbound, carrier transit, and retailer inbound. A cloud platform for real-time quantity verification, automated reconciliation, analytics, and API integration with systems such as SAP and Oracle.
The company is in market and onboarding pilots. If you run a vendor–retailer pair with recurring quantity disputes, that is the starting point.
